kingcross opens 24hrs (correction untuk si ben yang bagitau kami the station closed from 12 -4am tapi that time inda) hehe and kami jumpa 2 bruneians jua waiting di kingcross atu.
virigin train sucks kalau duduk facing backwards and takes 5hrs+ untuk sampai to london from glasgow central which is half the time kalau pakai megabus...
eurostar train is super comfy, quite a like macam xe trains jua...tapi much more comfy la, but jalan macam early in the morning, the train can get colder ...entah maybe heating nya inda berapa baik kali...chilly la inda that really cold
travelling around europe is cheaper pakai train, i mean instead of by air kan ke paris, brussels or anyother european destinations, it is cheaper by train and kami dapat 50pounds return each person and 2 large bags per person
supaya dapat very good baggage area, you just need to be in front of the que so that kamu bulih store barang kamu 1st instead of piling/stacking over others people stuffs ( or that pun if you guys lucky enough kalau dapat space)
ani ayam oven roast saya buat
recipe nya seperti berikut....
rosemary 1-7tangkai
thymes chopped 3 spoon full
juice of half a lemon / lime or one spoon of cuka
7 spoon BBQ sauce
2 spoon honey
splash of tomato ketchup
salt and papper secukup rasa
jintan puteh ( cummin powder) 1 spoon
jintan manis 1 tea spooon
corrainder serbuk 1 tea spoon
mix all and perap/marinate ayam for 2-5 hrs
*defrost ayam a day before memasak , macam if untuk masak dinner , defrost ayam the night before, then randam tia ayam atu, sok awal pagi lapas breakfast , drain all the water and wash ia sikit with water and tabur kan sedikit garam so ia dissolve all the moisture and at least ayam atu ada rasa sudah sikit , then lapas solat zuhur marriante tia ayam atu and biarkan sampai pukul 6pm and masak for 1-2hr gas mark 5 or 120 degree oven

luckily no one was badly injured and harm.....just a nice dinner after that....nyamannn mun nama nya kana masakan.....kami tau liat duduk2 sambil liat tv and then makan .......while sharifah was accused of sabotaj-ing ....padahal ia jua inda sadar yang bawang atu alum bekarat ah , tarus terajun dalam wok....
